Cannot Decrypt Password

So I had this problem before and I can't seem to find whats going on..

I'm using IUser and when I'm login in and debuging password it says: Cannot Decrypt Password..

But it still works signing in, creating an account etc.. But when i debug I can see from the stacktrace:

at EPiServer.Common.Security.HMACPPasswordProvide.DecryptPassword...

Anyone have any ideas on why this occurs?
