Unable to save Composer settings

Hi
I have a Relate+ site and installed Composer.
When I go to the Admin->tools->Composer and set security and other settings, it saves without errors. Then if I refresh the site (ex. saving web.config or new session) all settings for the composer is lost.
On the newly created pagetype "Composer standard page" I just get an empty toolbox (layout blocks, global blocks, content blocks are empty). I guess this is because the settings I've done on the admin->tools->composer is lost...
What can I do to fix this?
