Microsoft Office Integration Check-In Check-Out problems

I am having a problem with EPiServer Relate+ Microsoft Office Integration
Every time I have checkout a document and Click Edit In Office and want to check the document back In, popup window said “You must check out a document from EPiServer CMS to be able to check in.
This document already marked as Checked Out By.
Any feedback much appreciated.
