Installing episerver

Hello,

I am new to episerver and i am trying to install Episerver 5.1422.122 using Episerver Manager 2.0.19.4.When I open the CMS manager the Default website in the left side is showing an error symbol.I installed Visual Studio 2005 SP1,.Net Framework 3.0,SQL Express in my XP machine.When i install episerver it is installing but when i run the application it is showing an error cannot read IIS metabase.How can i clear this problem
