How to install hotfix?

I've recieved a hotfix (a zip-file containing a file called episerver.dll). How do I install it?

I think all you have to do is to drop the new dll into the GAC and your bin folder.

Yes, just replace the existing EPiServer.dll file in your sites bin folder.
